暮らしと服 Life and Clothes

私たち noo clothes は、奈良県香芝市で制作をしています。アトリエ兼住まいのこの場所で、昨年から年に2回ほど展示販売を行っています。現在オンライン販売はしておりませんが、時期や状況に応じて今後検討していく予定です。

私たちは飽きっぽい性格でもあり、その時々の気持ちに寄り添いながらものづくりをしたいという想いがあります。そのため、同じパターンの服をたくさん作ることが得意ではありません。手が頭よりも先に動くこともあれば、最初に考えていたデザインとはまったく違うものに仕上がることもあります。そうして生まれる服は、基本的にすべて一点ものです。個人だからこそできる、自由なスタイルだと思っています。

私たちの服は、ファストファッションでもなく、いわゆるベーシックなものでもありません。ただ、自分たちが本当に好きなものを作っています。だからこそ、手に取ってくださる方にとって、私たちの服が「暮らし」について考えるきっかけになったり、自分自身を表現する手段になったり、新しい出会いにつながったり、そんなふうに、自由に感じてもらえたら嬉しいです。

We are noo clothes, creating our pieces in Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture. Our atelier, which also serves as our home, has been the place where we hold exhibitions and sales about twice a year since last year. Currently, we do not sell online, but we plan to consider it in the future depending on the timing and circumstances.

We are a bit restless by nature, and we want to create based on how we feel in the moment. This is why we are not good at making the same pattern of clothing repeatedly. Sometimes, our hands move ahead of our thoughts, and other times, designs end up completely different from what we originally envisioned. As a result, each piece we create is essentially one-of-a-kind. We believe that this is the freedom that comes with being independent.

Our clothes are neither fast fashion nor basic essentials; they are simply what we truly love to create. Because of this, we hope that for those who wear our pieces, our clothing will become an opportunity to reflect on life, a means of self-expression, or even a new encounter. We want you to feel free to interpret them in your own way.
